I haven't really felt like writing anything lately. I had a horrible weekend full of booze and emotional hangovers, followed by raging hormones due to the anticipation of Aunt Flo. I can't remember
the last time my mood was this sour. Yesterday was the worst with it though. I ate away my emotions with junk food, because that was the only thing that calmed my nerves. I felt like a cow by the
end of the day. I read that certain foods determine your mood swings the week before Aunt Flo's arrival. Caffeine is a huge determinant for bad moods, so it doesn't help any that I am completely
dependent on coffee to get me through my day.
